Changes from 1.11.10:

Subscribing to other peoples calendars works even without WebDAV
SyncML support trough Horde for Calendar module, use URL http[s]://psa.example.com[/prefix]/SyncML/anything.php (It's recommended to use phone model as the anything part to make debugging easier). See also this post on how to set SyncML support up.
Improvements to Calendar core, vCal import routines are more robust now and support DURATIONs as well (and still no repeats yet).
OpenPSA Core has a smarter system for determining which module to load as default for user.

Issues:

Apple iCal seems to dislike repeated events created in OpenPSA (they are dumped as invidual VEVENTs), showing a random amount of them, the actual dump file contains all of them...
SyncML only works with 1.0 version of the protocol, see the post mentioned above for details.
The JS based calendar widget used in projects module has issues with some versions of IE (though it shouldn't have...)
