Development release. 1.11.9 got skipped because at the time of packaging I didn't have time to update the site and since then two major enhancements have been made.

Changes from 1.11.8:

Calendar has repeat "Weekly by day", which allows to select the days on which an event repeats, rather handy. The old "Weekly" repeat is still there for backwards compatibility but will be removed from the UI in the future.
Calendar has new vCal server, if PEAR package HTTP_WebDAV is installed it supports also PUTs for two way sync (tested on Sunbird, iCal does not allow two way on 3rd party servers but Calendar can read iCal published ics files just fine), new URL is http[s]://psa.example.com[/prefix]/cal20/vCal/username/anything.ics the username part allows subscribing (and publishing, both with certain limitations) to another users' calendar feeds, NOTE: to subscibe to others' calendats WebDAV must be installed.
CRM has a table to CSV converter (and echo system so you can get the data as file) based on AKs code, slightly improved.
Georgian localization (mostly complete) by Taya.
