Quick list of important changes

Supports net.nemein.supportview and net.nemein.hourview MidCOM components
Calendar supports WebDAV and SyncML with Horde (with certain limitations)
Enhanced caching for some Projects data and Support configurations.
Point applications have seen various enhancements, I'll try to elaborate them later.

As is the case since 1.10.1, this release is UTF-8 by default, see these instructions on how to upgrade in ISO-8859-1 encoded database.
