Support Canned Answer articles

The fields used for Support Canned Answer article are shown below to be used in Support initialization.

  • Article->title: Title of the answer, shown in the pull-down.

  • Article->content: The answer text.

  • Article->extra1: Default note-type, sets the note-type to this (numeric) value when selected.

  • Article->extra3: Ticket-type filtering, pipe (|) separated list of GUIDs to type articles, only visible when Ticket->type is among the listed.
